How many condos/units are on Barefoot Resort Property?

Is Barefoot Resort Beachfront?
The resort is not beachfront. If you choose to make a reservation in the Yacht Club Villas or North Tower, you will however, have a view of the Intercoastal Waterway from your balcony. There are select Condosuites in the Havens that also have Waterway views from the balcony. The other units on property have lovely secluded views or views of the 3 golf courses on property. (Please note: Views are not guaranteed)
Is this a hotel? Is there a hotel on resort property?
The Yacht Club Villas are among the finest resort Myrtle Beach Hotels in the area. We also offer condos throughout Barefoot Resort. The units are individually owned condos that have been placed in our care for vacation rentals. With all of our amenities, our oceanfront shuttle, golf courses and the shops and attractions at Barefoot Landing, Barefoot Resort falls more in the category of Myrtle Beach Resorts versus just a hotel.
How can I get in touch with someone staying on the resort property?
You will really need to find out who they rented their unit through. Each unit is privately owned and could be managed by any of the several property management companies that handle rentals on the resort.
Do I get a discount on golf if I stay on the property?
If you’d like to book a golf package (golf and resort stay together), please call 888-253-5426 and tell them you are staying at Myrtle Beach Barefoot Resort. Barefoot Resort Golf Tee Times can also be reserved at this number.
What will the total price of my vacation be?
The price you see when making an online reservation includes all fees. South Carolina sales tax and a 1% administrative fee will be added to the price when you are in the final phase of booking a reservation.
Do you have a restaurant on-site? A lounge? Café? Gift Shop?
The Barefoot Resort Bar and Grill is located by the driving range, serving appetizers, sandwiches and pizza. They deliver to guests staying on Barefoot Property. Also, the clubhouse at the golf course welcomes visitors to come and eat in their dining room. Across the Swing Bridge from the resort is Barefoot Landing, where there are many places to eat and shop. A shuttle runs through the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) that stops at Barefoot Landing on the way to the beach. You can find restaurants on site from affordable to fine dining.
Do you have a minimum stay requirement?
Our minimum stay is 3 nights except during the peak summer months (June 18 – August 21, 2011) when we require a 7 night Saturday to Saturday minimum stay.
Do you have a minimum age required for stays with Myrtle Beach Barefoot Resort?
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make reservations with our organization.
What are the pool hours at the Resort?
The pools are open from 10:00am – 10:00pm. In 2011, they will open on April 1 and be open through September.
What time is Check In? How about Check out?
Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 10am.
If I get into town late, is my condo held for me?
All reservations are guaranteed so the guest may check in any time after 3:00 PM. You enter a lock box code to access your key, so you can settle into your unit whenever you get here.
How far are you located from the beach?
Barefoot Resort is located approximately 1 mile from beach access- about a 5-7 minute car ride and in the summer, the shuttle will drop you off at the beach access. Stay at a Condosuite rented through us during the months between May and September and get a golf cart in the garage of the unit for your use! Take the golf cart to Barefoot Landing or the beach and avoid those shuttle lines!
Amenities of the resort:
Barefoot Resort amenities are the some of the best in Myrtle Beach! They include: biking and jogging trails, over 14 pools, grills, basketball courts, 14 restaurants, shopping, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Greg Normans Grille, and four golf courses. There is also a seasonal shuttle to the beach and Barefoot Landing, a great place to shop and dine!
Laundry And Housekeeping Information:
A washer & dryer are available in all units and there is no daily maid service. Rooms are made upon arrival and departure by our staff.
Do you allow Pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the units.
Can I bring my RV, motorcycle or trailer?
Unfortunately, RV’s, motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on the Resort property.
Is there a smoking policy?
All units rented by Myrtle Beach Barefoot Resort are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas such as balconies and porches.
